I am a self employed person and do not qualify for traditional pay stub loans. After getting rejected by multiple banks for my loan I was refereed to Mike by one of the loan officers from a bank.

Mike got my loan closed within 18 days from the day I approached him. The first 2 phone calls with Mike were lengthy. He asked a lot of information about me and my business and from there on it went like a breeze.

With Mike, it was less paperwork involved till the closing of escrow compared to what I did with other loan officers where I got rejected.

We received a conditional approval in less than a week. The whole process went online and I never had to meet Mike or his team in person.

Mike offered me several rate options based on the terms and he was able to get me better rates than I was hoping for. Definitely going to use his services for the next purchase and will recommend him without doubts.

Wow! Can I just say wow! I first talked with Michael in October 2018 about the possibility of getting a home loan. He filled me in on how to best make that happen and I went to work. Fast forward to the end of April 2019 and I found a home that I wanted to purchase. He went to work and I do mean work. He jumped through every hoop and got me approved for a special rural loan. He carried me thru the ups and downs of escrow and the approvals and I now have a home of my own!!! He's the best!
